TeamViewer
TeamViewer is a program for remote connections. It enables you to connect your computer to our company's IT specialist in order to verify a reported problem, restore the S4U reporter, or install the S4U module.
AnyDesk

Resumption of the S4U system
S4U resumption is a programme which allows running the S4U reporter without a remote connection from SoftForYou's IT department. Just download the file and, by right-clicking, select "Run as administrator" - the reporter will restart automatically.
If the service is not installed on your system, TeamViewer will start - in this case, you will need to dictate these details to SoftForYou's IT employee in order to install or reconfigure the programme.
